Power of Three Conference 

All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to [email protected]. An 50% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 90 days prior to the scheduled event. No refunds will be granted if the request is received with fewer than 90 days prior to the scheduled event.

 Registration may be transferred to another person if requested in writing by email to [email protected] by the original registrant at least 30 business days before the event. No substitution is allowed within the last 30 days before the event.

CE Credits

• 6 hours of CE credit applied for by Logan University Chiropractic in the following states: AL CA CO CT DE DC GA ID IL IN IA KS LA ME MD MA MI MN MS MO MT NE NV NH NJ NM NC ND OH OK OR RI SC SD UT VT VA WA WV and WY. 
• CME applied for through AzNMA.
• CEs applied for through ACBN.
• CECs applied for through NANP.
• CEUs are available from DesBio through its affiliation with AANWP. Check with your credentialing organization to make sure these CEUs will work for you. 
• DesBio will not provide any refunds for CEUs that your accreditation body does not accept.
